MEDICAID PATIENTS
CrossOver Healthcare Ministry accepts patients with Medicaid and uninsured patients. If you already have Medicaid and would like CrossOver to be your healthcare home, please call 804-655-2794 to request a New Patient Appointment.
New Patient Appointments allow our providers to get to know you and your health history. We’ll ask for your list of current medications, and talk about your health concerns.
Looking for a same-day appointment? CrossOver reserves same-day appointments for established patients. We strongly suggest you schedule a new patient appointment for you and your family members before you need same-day care.
