Four decades of dignified care and innovation have made CrossOver
one of the most comprehensive charitable clinics in Virginia, where

544,000 are uninsured, including 88,000 children.

Last year, CrossOver was honored to serve 7200+ patients with comprehensive, dignified care.

Yet, even with our best efforts,

CrossOver cannot meet the full demand for care each day.

CrossOver remains committed to meeting the needs of our community,
and growing our capacity through critical expansions and renovations.

Healthier Families from the Very Beginning

Your generous support will expand our facility and services in critical ways, including a new Maternal and Child Health Clinic that will include 6 new exam rooms for women and children. This will allow us to welcome 0-2 year olds into our clinic.

CrossOver’s Maternal and Child Health Clinic will be the first of its kind, focusing on whole-family health education, prevention, and care.

Enhanced Safety and Hospitality

Join us in creating safer, more accessible spaces for everyone through:

  • Updated Clinic Spaces that reflect the quality of care CrossOver is known for
  • New Elevator for accessible, dignified care for patients of all abilities
  • New Roof, Updated HVAC, and Fire Suppression

25% Capacity Increase

Early efforts—such as relocating our pharmacy, renovating our HIV care suite, and repaving the parking lot—have already increased patient encounters by 10%.

Additional, upcoming renovations will ensure our patients receive the high-quality, compassionate care CrossOver is known for, in an expanded space that reflects the safety and dignity they deserve.

The result?
A 25% capacity increase, allowing CrossOver to serve 8,250 patients annually

With your support, we’re investing $9 million to enhance and expand our Henrico clinic to continue to deliver the exceptional, compassionate care CrossOver is known for.

These critical renovations ensure CrossOver Healthcare Ministry continues to open doors and extend dignified welcome to all.

Together, we will open doors.

Let's Talk!

We’d love to schedule a tour of our clinic spaces and/or a personal conversation about the impact of your support.
