How to Become a CrossOver Patient

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all new patients seeking healthcare services. Please follow the steps below.

Attention!

The Cowardin and Western Henrico clinics are now selecting new patients to be screened in by a LOTTERY system. DO NOT COME EARLY! Lottery tickets will be given out at 8 am sharp on open registration days to all present.

  • If you’ve recently been in the hospital/ER, are pregnant or HIV positive, please speak to the front desk at your earliest convenience. You do NOT need to go through the lottery system.

If you have any questions about your eligibility, please call 804-521-8263 for more information.
