As a key member of the clinical team at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, the licensed mental health therapist (LPC or LCSW) will provide psychotherapy treatment, psychoeducational, and/or prevention services to clients with a wide range of psychiatric, emotional, relational, and social problems: provide specialized consultation and education services to diabetic patients with depression.

Cross Over Health Care Ministry is seeking a full time Bilingual Patient Advocate. The roll of the Bilingual Patient Advocate ensures that our patients receive quality and compassionate care. Duties include overseeing the front office, sending specialty referrals and medical interpreting. Potential candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Spanish, cultural competency and the desire to serve those in need. This position reports directly to the clinic manager. Work hours are 8:15am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday and occasional evening and weekends maybe required.

Medications Program Manager
CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is seeking a full-time Medications Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the medications program which include procurement of needed medications, inventory tracking, and management of the dispensing of medications to patients. This position reports to the Directors of Operations and the Pharmacist in Charge. The work hours are generally 8:15am to 5pm Monday through Friday, however occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
Bilingual Clinical Coordinator
Cross Over Health Care Ministry is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant or LPN for our Clinical Coordinator position, Arabic or Spanish is preferred. The Clinic Coordinator’s roll is to ensure that quality nursing care is provided to patients through volunteer nurses trained by Clinic Coordinator. Primary duties include clinic supply inventory, maintain medical equipment, oversee nurse volunteers and their assignments, and assist clinicians as needed. This position reports directly to the clinic manager. Work hours are 8:15am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday and occasional evening and weekends maybe required.
CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is a non-profit organization which operates two free clinics in the Metro Richmond area that offer medical, dental, vision, medications, mental health counseling, social work case management, and community health education to low-income residents who do not have health insurance.
Our clinics are located on Cowardin Avenue in South Richmond close to Downtown and Quioccasin Road in Western Henrico County.
