In order to be seen at a CrossOver clinic, you must first complete the eligibility forms and undergo a financial screening. Patients must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level & have NO form of insurance (including Medicare, Medicaid & private.) Please review the "Income Guidelines for Patients" section which provides income limits as well as the required forms of documentation.

New Patient Screening

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all new patients seeking healthcare services. We offer screenings on a first-come, first serve basis at the times and locations listed below. Times & days are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals screened in at any given time. If we are not able to give you a screening on the day you come in, and we have spaces on our waiting list, and you have all necessary paperwork, we will give you a voucher and a date to return. Please know that there may be a wait for the next available screening. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Prospective new Patients will be screened the first week of each month on the following days: 


     English:       Monday                  12:30 p.m.
     Spanish:     Wednesday            12:30 p.m.
(Patients renewing eligibility will be seen between 1:30 and 3:00 on Monday & Wednesday.)


     English:     Tuesday                  8:00 a.m.
     Spanish:    Thursday                 8:00 a.m.
(Patients renewing eligibility will be seen Wednesdays at 1:30 pm and Fridays 9:30 am.)

Confidential Rapid HIV Testing

HIV testing is now available on a walk-in basis at both CrossOver locations.  You do not need to be a CrossOver patient in order to use this service. The test requires a fingerstick and results are  available in 15 minutes.  Testing is available Mon to Thurs: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

After hours testing are available on certain dates. Call 804-233-5016 ext. 130 for further information.
